What patient financial service options do you offer?

Our financial arrangements are limited but it is our intention to accommodate you and to help keep dental costs down. As a courtesy to you, we will always fill out and submit the necessary forms to your insurance company and we will make every effort to estimate in advance what your portion of the cost of treatment will be. Keep in mind, you the patient, are nevertheless the one who is responsible for your insurance coverage and for the dental services provided.

1. For patients without dental insurance, who pay their portion by cash or check on the same day of treatment, we offer a 5% cash discount.

2. For senior citizen patients (over 65) without dental insurance, who pay their portion by cash or check on the same day of treatment, we offer a 10% cash discount.

3. We accept Mastercard/Visa/Discover.

How often should I have a dental exam and cleaning?

Ideally, you should have a dental exam and dental cleaning twice a year (every 6 months). Your dentist may recommend more frequent visits depending on your oral health needs.

Are amalgam (silver) fillings safe?

Yes, amalgam fillings have been used for over 100 years without any scientific studies indicating harmful effects to patients. The only concern is if you have experienced an allergic reaction to metals, then you should consider an alternative filling material. For more information, visit the American Dental Association website.

Is bleaching my teeth safe?

Yes, although the most common side effect patients experience is temporary tooth sensitivity. For more information, visit the American Dental Association website.

When should my child have his/her 1st visit?

Your child should visit the dentist 6 months after the first baby tooth has erupted and/or no later than the age of 1. For more information, visit the American Dental Association website.
